RETURNS + WARRANTY CLAIMS
Any vehicle requiring warranty work must be returned to ourselves unless otherwise agreed. Due to insurance restrictions we can not offer a courtesy car.
We will require an email giving authorisation for the warranty work to be carried out on your car, when this is received you will be priority and your work will be carried out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please email [email protected]
If your repair is a straightforward and quick repair we will endeavour to have you back in your car the same day. If it involves ordering in any parts be they electrical or mechanical this could affect the completion time.
If your repair is a more complex one, for example a replacement turbo or some kind of electrical fault then this will take more time.
The modern day car is a very complex piece of machinery with literally hundreds of moving parts and electrical sensors fitted meaning sometimes a costly process of elimination is necessary before a satisfactory conclusion is reached.

POLITE NOTICE.
Please do not call us every day or twice a day for updates. As previously stated, you are priority to us and we will have you back in your car as quickly as possible. All we ask is that you provide the patience and we will provide the repair!
In the unlikely event of any dispute regarding the unsatisfactory quality or condition of any of our vehicles we (the seller) reserve the right to instruct a 3rd party engineer to carry out a fully independent inspection on the vehicle in question, a copy of such report will be given to both parties. If it is deemed by the engineer that the vehicle we have sold is not fit for purpose or of merchantable quality a full and free repair will be offered or a full refund will be given with no handling fees applied. If however the vehicle should prove to be free from defects except for those that are commensurate with its age and mileage then the initial cost for the inspection/report (Approx £100.00) will be paid by the buyer.
Any rejections will only be considered within the first 30 days from collection and will be subject to a fully independent 3rd party engineer.
The customer/buyer will be totally responsible for the cost of returning any goods to the suppling dealership in the event that they have to be returned for any reason whatsoever, including all warranty repairs. All returns, save for those that are deemed not to be of merchantable quality carry a 5% (Minimum £300) handling fee, we will make a deduction for loss in value of any goods if the loss is a result of unnecessary handling by you. Also, anything over and above a standard test drive will be considered unnecessary handling and will lead to a deduction of £1 per mile each mile driven over 10 miles. The vehicle must not be driven other than to drive it back to us. You will be liable for any fines, charges or penalties until the vehicle is back on our premises.
